How we get started?
To start the assessment, we schedule a zoom meeting to review your needs and see if we can help.
Do you have access to my device(s)?
If required, yes. However, we will need you to stay with us so you can grant us access and interact with your device in case credentials are needed.
Every time any of our team accesses any of your devices, we would require your approval. Otherwise, we cannot proceed.
What if cannot be fixed remotely?
Problem determination is key. Most service centers focus on the hardware rather than your files.
If any of your devices need to be serviced, we will assist you in securing your data so that they can be reset to factory default software or serviced; you are covered.
